Publisher's full red cloth, orange lettering on gilt panel on front cover, gilt lettering and decoration on spine, orange decoration on front cover, fore and bottom edges deckle. The former owner, Olive Beaupré Miller (1883 1968), was an American writer, publisher, and editor of children's literature. She is most well-known for The Bookhouse for Children publishing company, which she founded. . Volume shows mild wear and rubbing around edges of boards and spine, spine sunned, former owner's name (Olive Beaupre Miller) written on ffep, some light pencil marks throughout. VERY GOOD. . Small 8vo 7½" - 8" tall. vi, 433, (7) pp. Signed by Associated .
