Description of the Illustrations. Appendix: Marks on French Royal Furniture. Glossary, compiled by Francis Watson, C.B.E. Index. First Edition. An owners bookplate on the front fixed endpaper. A touch of foxing to the edges, and light foxing to the endpapers and a little internally; otherwise a near fine copy in good price-clipped dust-jacket.
