There is very minimal wear consisting of light rubbing at corners, head and tail of spine. Corners are sharp. Bindings sound. Pages clean and unmarked.Top edges gilt, gilding is still fairly bright. Volume 2 has photograph of author as frontis. These volumes have had little if any use and have been well protected in storage. Lacking DJ's. ; Photograph ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 475; 475 pages .
