Molbech by Poul Anderson with mostly B&W illustrations throughout. A tale about a wise griffin who will bring happiness to a cat, reward a dog for his faithful service and play a funny trick on a fox. Former owner's name and address on first page. Dust jack has light wear at edges with a few small tears, light soiling and browning on cover and back of jacket, three small red pen marks on flap near price. Cover states that it is A Doubleday Prebound Edition. .
