Soundly bound and clean in original pictorial dust jacket. Illustrated throughout from reproductions of Bernhardt's historical renderings with narrative text by Amelia Williams. Book is solid and clean but dust jacket shlef rubbed edges and surfaces with a thumb sized chip missing bottom edge front panel; prior owner reinforced jacket spine edges and corner with old cello tape. VG/G+ .
