Chicago, USA: Academy Chicago Publishers, 1993. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Fine/No Jacket. Thought to be first edition and printing from Academy Chicago Publishers. In fine quarter green cloth and slightly patterned blue boards with gilt tittles to spine. The boards are very tight, flat and clean. Very white, unmarked end papers and cut edges. The text block is very firm, straight and clean and with block of b/w photos to rear. Fine condition. No dedications etc. Without jacket. Rare edition. A very sound copy, especially for age.
