48 page stapled promotional booklet in decorative stiff wrappers, illustrated with black and white vintage photographs of street scenes, portraits, and historical images; plus descriptive text. Very good condition.
Originally referred to as "Tropico," Glendale was once part of the Verdugo Rancho. It was founded in the mid 1880s. "Glendale, the chalice for the aspirations of divinely discontented, home-loving people everywhere."
