(price-clipped) [nice copy with no wear whatsoever to book, just a previous owner's squiggled signature at top of ffep; the jacket bright and unblemished, downgraded only because of the price-clipping)]. (The Collected Works of Samuel Beckett) Series (B&W photographs) Beckett's original script (the only screenplay he ever wrote) for his 1965 short film featuring Buster Keaton, illustrated with photos from the film (although it's worth noting that "no attempt has been made to bring [the script] into line with the finished work"). Includes Beckett's own notes on the script, an an essay, "On Directing Film," by director Alan Schneider, illustrated with production stills. .
