Contents. 287 pp. plus: Tops and Firsts, American Aces with Twenty or More Victories - All Wars, American Aces of World War I, American Aces of World War II, American Aces of the Korean War, Top Fighter Aces of Other Nations in World War II, Glossary. 254 pp. in toto. Book has blue cloth covered boards with silver gilt text on spine, 61932 on rear panel and crest under five stars on front panel, illustrated with B/W photographs, brown ep's. Book has gift inscription on half title, narrow bands of sunning at both top and bottom edges, some small brown spots along bottom edges of boards, some age toning, bottom rear corner is lightly bumped. Book is tight and square. Unclipped ($ 7.95) DJ has B/W photographs of 4 Aces and their planes on the front panel and a Supermarine Spitfire Mk. VIII, used by the British in World War II on the spine. DJ has edge wear especially along the top edge, some repaired closed tears, full length crease in front flap. Book is FlatSIGNED by both authors ffep. Unusual to find this book with the signatures of both authors. Bookseller's Inventory # 155130.
