Binding is cracked in a few places, but no pages are missing or loose. First few pages and last few have a dark dampstain along outer edges and corners. Rest of pages are clean except for penned check marks. Previous owner's info is inked inside front cover and address label is on ffep. Covers are sunfaded and soiled. No DJ. ; 8.75 X 6 X 1.25 inches; 460 pages .
