Book - Very Good condition. Very minimal edge/corner wear. a couple light stains on the top of the closed book pages. Red remainder mark on the bottom. Text is clean and binding is tight.
Dust Jacket - Light rubbing and bumping to covers. Edges and corners have very little wear EXCEPT at bottom of spine where there is a couple small tears/chips.
