This is the second printing of October 1981 original copyright 1981 by the author inside the book is clean there are no stains top corners are slightly meant the cover is not as good a shape it's made of paper that looks like it has a very high cost cotton content and there is where the cover on the back cover the bottom left corners on top of the cover a small thumbnail terror the spine is glued however little book there are terrorist top and bottom and on the right-hand side is you're looking at on the cover there is a triangular care that is detaching itself. Sounds worse than it probably is, if you want to teach your child the alphabet this is an excellent oversize book that's cute enough to do so, and your child probably tear it up anyways. the pictorial content is of simple country seems nothing modern and has a rural feel to it. nothing modern no cartoon characters, very un- MTV,almost have Amish feel to the artistry of the woodcuts used to print the original version.The size of the book is 8.625 x 13 approximately 1/4 inch thick.
