Original Ink Drawing, Image 35.4 Cm X 24.3 Cm, Without The Fritz Lang 1924 Movie Information At Upper Right, In Apparently Original Simple Black Mat, Signed On The Reverse By Estes In Ink, Dated 1965 With His San Antonio Address. He Adds On The Reverse The Title "The Burning Of Attila's (Etzel's) Fortress- The End Of The Nibelungs". The Board On Which It Is Drawn Has The Manufacturer's Information "Hi Art Illustration Board No. 61 Medium Weight Hot Pressed 30 X 40 Approved For Fluorographic Process". The Fluorographic Process Was Patented In 1938 So We Assume This Is A Later Hand-Inked Copy Of The Original 1924 Painting, Done Circa 1965 By Estes For Forrest Ackerman. Estes Also Did The Illustrations For E. E. Smith's "The Skylark Of Space".
