First edition. 12mo. 18cm. 251 pp. Frontis. & other illustrations, with gilt stamped illustration of a row of teeth on the front cover. Original light green blind stamped cloth (faded). A very good, tight copy. CAMPBELL 559, the only work listed by this author, described as D.D.S. of the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, but with his embossed stamp on the frontis., indicating a practice on Westminster Street in Providence, RI. "Facts for the People," was a slogan of the Dorr War campaigns in R.I. during the early 1840s.
