Boston: The Stratford Company, Publishers Good/No Jacket "With a List of his Most Important Introductions and Where to Get Them." Green cloth; gilt title and spine. Illustrated with black-and-white photographs. Light-to-moderate rubbing of cover extremities; some intermittent loss of gilt in title; spine darkened, title no longer visible. Book was exposed to dampness at some point: barely noticeable, faint traces dampstain along top page edges and along part of fore edges; upper corner page 181 creased. Cover boards slightly bowed. Otherwise clean and tight.
