NICELY INSCRIBED BY LEO POLITI (AND INCLUDING A LAVISH DRAWING OF 2 BUTTERFLIES PERCHED ON FLOWER PEDALS) on the front free endpaper. A clean, very impressive copy to boot of the 1971 1st edition. Tight and Near Fine (with just a touch of scuffing at the rear pastedown) in a bright, price-intact, Near Fine dustjacket, with a bit of very light creasing at the panel edges and very light wear along the spine ends. Quarto, wonderfully illustrated thruout by Leo Politi.
