Previous owner's name Willard S. Tedford, who was a missionary to India. The author was Professor of Natural History at University of New Brunswick, whose biography is listed separately. One illustration of crystals. White spots in photo caused by chipping away of cloth. Two lines in pencil on rear endpaper. Book is fragile, but holding together. 94 pp..
