First edition limited to 1,000 copies, 4to, 12 unbound leaves reproducing a photograph of Miller and 11 of his paintings in b&w on rectos; in the original printed stiff cream-colored paper folder and unprinted envelope, the envelope with browning of adhesive at central seam that has transferred to front of folder and ever so slightly to the back of the folder; the envelope also a little tattered, soiled and browned, all else very good.
