About This Item

Signed and inscribed by author. Homes in Waco, Texas built between 1849 to 1897. Biographies of the original owners. The book has foxing on the edges and on the front and back end page, but the interior pages are clean. The corners are square. The dust jacket has a half inch tear on the bottom front and edgewear at the corners and top and bottom of the spine. There is also sun damage on the spine of the jacket. Book and jacket are listed as very good. The author has inscribed, to a colleague, and signed on the blank page opposite the title page.

About mark mcdonald

Book collector for over 30 years. I'm retired and ready to sell. I buy almost exclusively from estate sales and since I've lived in Dallas my whole life, I know the people and where to go. I am a low volume collector and seller and deal in higher quality books. I have a lot of signed and inscribed books. These signatures have not been officially authenticated, but I am confident in their authenticity so I will guarantee them in perpetuity if it can be reasonably demonstrated that the signature is incorrect. .
