London: Alec Tiranti, 1965. First edition (hardback). 4to (27cm by 22cm), 19pp, 203 b&w plates. Library binding of white cloth, dustwrapper. This is an ex-library copy, with usual stamps and labels, there is some browning of the dustwrapper, and the dustwrapper has been taped to the binding. Just about a good copy overall. Suitable as a reading, working or reference copy.
