Grey dust jacket illustrated in purple and red with white lettering. Publisher's brown boards lettered in gilt at spine. Illustrated throughout in black and white with works from artists such as Ardizzone, Dinsdale, Gross, Minton, Rosoman, Scarfe and Tunnicliffe among many others.
