Racine, WI: Whitman Publishing Company, 1946. American ed. . Hardcover. Very Good/VG-. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Erwin L. Hess. See photos for condition details. Hardcover with dust jacket. The DJ has attractive front cover though there is some toning and spotting present. The reason for the lower condition grade is because there is edge bumps/chips/small tears. Brown cloth boards underneath show only very light spotting and handling wear. The internal binding is good and text pages are tight. No signatures or bookplates, no library markings, no handwriting etc. Pages are darkened due to age and the poor quality of paper used by the publisher. The title page states this is the Authorized Edition.
