This limitation sheet is loose with small amount of glue on the far left edge. Some light glue stains on the half title page are a result of the publisher's pasted down facsimile frontispiece photograph portrait of Holliday opposite the title page. Illustrated with another glossy photograph on page 1. Interior contents very clean. This is number 6 of 75 copies.
