Privately bound in green buckram hardcover by Robert L. Usinger with his bookplate on the front paste-down endpaper. Usinger (1912-1968) served on the faculty in the Department of Entomology at the University of California at Berkeley from 1946 until his untimely death in 1968. A fine copy.
