London: George Bell & Son, 1879. First Thus. . Hardcover. G-. 8vo. set of 6 volumes pub 1875-9. Leather covers, gilt on banded spines worn with some losses, 3 spines relaid. Corners bumped. Most inner hinges repaired with cloth tape. Loss to tail of title page vol I and cracked front inner hinge. Gilt page edges. Vol I has po name E Pepys 1878 on half title and pencil name in other volumes, assume this to be a collateral descendant of Samuel.
