416 pages. Royal octavo (9 1/2" x 6 1/4") bound in original publisher's quarter blue cloth with gilt lettering to spine over red boards in original jacket. First edition. The doctors call it Munchausen by proxy, the terrifying disease that causes parents to induce illness in their own children.
