Very minor rubbing along the bottom of the rear cover. The original mailing envelop has a very long separation along the left edge, a closed tear at the upper right corner, and a few light creases at the bottom.

Brown wraps with cream title plate and black titles, very good, lightly bumped to spine head, tiny bump to top edge of front panel, tiny bump at top edge of rear inner flap. Binding tight. Includes original envelope, toned, rubbed and foxed to edges. Interior fine.

One of 268 copies printed on Chrome Ivory paper, part of a limited edition of 325 copies of which 50 printed on white paper, copies 1-275 numbered and 50 copies Roman numeraled; most but not all were signed. This is copy 163 and is signed by Fritz Leiber on the colophon [which is at the front rather than the back]. A fine copy. With the original printed envelope, which is numbered in pencil "163" on the back, and is browning at the edges.
