New York: E. P. Dutton & Co, 1917. First U.S. Edition. Near Fine/Good. First U.S. edition, first printing in original unclipped ($1.50) jacket in protective sheet. One of 1500 copies printed. A collection of short stories from the author of "Incredible Adventures." Jacket is lightly toned, with a cut-out from the spine and with some edge chipping, but overall in solid condition. Bound in brown cloth over boards with debossed frame on front and black lettering to front and spine. Very slight creasing at head and tail of spine, otherwise with sharp corners, clean edges, and solid. Minor spotting to edges. Old seller notes in pencil on ffep. The interior is clean and clear with a solid and unbroken spine.
