About This Item
London: Andrew Melrose, 1946. 6th ed. . Black Cloth. VG-/VG. 12.5 Cm x 19 .00 Cm. E.L.Shinnie. 140+4(index), 12 ills in 4 blocks ex-pagination; two former owners labels/ex lib. plates to front pastedown, traces of extensive erased pencil annotation facing t.p. and a line of same to lower t.p., unclipped jacket surprisingly bright and unworn, though sl.discoloration to spine. This actually appears to be a re-issue of the 1916 3rd ed., first reprinted in 1919 and then in this edition (editions and reprints are undifferentiated in list verso t.p.). Seemingly scarce. Note: quoted non-UK shipping rates are calculated for 500-700 gram net weight, cost will be modified up or down as appropriate outside this range.
