Viking , 1937. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Fair. First Edition. 80 pp, 8 color and 9 b&w full-page lithographs. Everyday life of Navajo children wonderfully illustrated by the Buffs with beautiful color lithographs (litho'd by Glaser). The authors first book! Some smudges in margins. not affecting text, binding tight.DJ preserved in new archival Mylar sleeve. Some moderate chipping around dust jacket; light rubbing to board edges and two gift inscriptions dated 1945 and one in 1961 (I could've erased the 1961 done in pencil, but it was written neatly and adds to the charm in a sense.)! Trust an experienced independent bookseller since 1988. Orders are shipped daily via USPS with delivery confirmation.
