Camden: Printed for Eva LeGallienne by the Haddon Craftsmen, 1941. [9p] 4.5x6 inches, note with in-plate printed signature, fine in sewn blue wraps. LeGallienne wrote the poem in 1903, his daughter republishing it to raise money for war relief.
