William Heinemann Ltd, 1938. Hardcover. Good. 1938. First Edition. 426 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth with gilt lettering. Contains black and white photographic plates. Clean pages with mild tanning and moderate foxing throughout, heavy in places. Tightly bound with faint thumb-marking throughout. Plate by page 182 is mildly loose. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and mild marking to boards. Mild crushing and tearing to spine ends. Mild insect damage to rear board. Mild water staining to head of spine. Boards are mildly warped.
