COVI-19 UPDATE: as Post Offices return to normal hours we can once again offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day as our Expedited Shipping option. We will continue to use a 3-day courier service for standard domestic deliveries. Delivery in the UK is typically within 3 days of collection from us (eg collected Wednesday, delivered Friday). The service is tracked but does not require a signature; you have the opportunity to record a safe place where your parcel can be left if you are not at home. We are still accepting orders for overseas posting but there continue to be delivery delays to countries outside the UK. Please bear this in mind when ordering; if you are in a hurry for your order PLEASE LET US KNOW so that we can discuss options.
We offer a 30 day return guarantee, with full refund including shipping costs for up to 30 days after delivery if an item arrives damaged or has been mis-described. For items returned for other reasons, we regret we cannot refund postage.
