Sixty illustrations from designs. Brown cover with gold gilt titles and design to front cover and spine. Moderate sunning to spine, thin split line (sealed) down spine and a 5 x 2cm strip of surface cover missing. Wear to four corners. Light rubbed wear to some of the extremeties. Age browning and faint foxing to edges. Front guttering split revealing some mesh with clear glueing repair. Light to moderate foxing several pages. Binding tight. Last page with tiny open tear to head corner and tiny penciled note. 320p plus 36ps of List of Chatto & Windus Books.. First Edition. Hb. VG/None. Illus. by Stothard and Inshipp.
