Half-title with verse verso, 4 double-page maps, 3 double-page plates, lacking portrait of Horace Vere before title-page, the two other portraits laid-in loose from another copy, 19th. Century blind-stamped calf, rubbed at extremities, armorial bookplate of The Earl of Ilchester to front paste-down. Other than the portraits, an exceptionally bright and clean copy.[Cockle 166; Wing V240], folio, Cambridge, John Field, 1657.
