Light pencilled notes on inside front free endpapers by previous owner. ; A beautiful two book set of three volumes. Would make a wonderful gift. Three-quarter red leather boards, five raised bands on the spines, bright gilt lettering and images on spines. All edges bright gilt. Marbled endpapers. Tight bindings and clean, unmarked text. No date given, but circa 1850? ; Color Illustrations; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
