Pagination matches that given on COPAC for a copy at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. In the remains of a 19th century binding with amrbled paper covered boards, much though of the leather spine is missing. A few ink notes to the end papers about the book and an old owner's name. Area of adhered paper to the front free end paper. Pages browned throughout, heavily much of the time..
