Los Angeles: Sun & Moon Press, 1996. Softcover. Very Good. Uncorrected proof in the form of galleys printed in two columns, rectos only. Quarto. Comb bound blue wrappers. Rear wrap with a bit of toning, a few small tears along the foredge of a page that has been stapled to the first page, with a toned and modestly foxed publishers letter stapled to the front wrap, very good overall.
