London: Zoological Society of London/Academic Press, 1966. Hardcover. Very good+/very good. Blue cloth boards in dust jacket, octavo, illustrated in b&w. Book has mild edgewear and rubbing to boards and spine, binding tight, previous owner Stanley Shostak's signature and stamps to front pastedown, otherwise text clean and unmarked. DJ toned, rubbed, edgewear that includes small tears and their related creases. Shostak is a retired associate professor of biology (emeritus) continuing to write about the evolution and development of cnidarians, especially Hydra.
