Gilt image to front board, under cream coloured dustwrapper withred lettering. 14.25ins x 11ins, xvi, 115pp plus 25 large scale coloured folding maps (22 in book, 3 in pocket at rear), 54 plates (of which 4 are folding). Also 32 illustrations within the text along with tables (some folding) and appendices. A comprehensive work of town planning. Dw has several chips and tears - some repaired to verso. VG / G tp G+
