New York: Christie's, 1990. Catalogue from an auction devoted entirely to the popular French artist's works, which bridged the Art Nouveau and Art Deco styles of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Louis Icart (1888 - 1950) is best known for his portaits of women, occasionally erotic in nature. The catalogue includes eighty lots, illustrated mostly in black and white, with four full page color plates. Color illustrated softcover, in very good condition, with minimal edgewear, clean contents with no markings. . Soft Cover. Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
