About This Item
Philadelphia: Lea and Blanchard, 1845. Original Cloth. Original fine rib-grain white cloth stamped in gilt and in blind; pale yellow endpapers; binder's septuple flyleaves at front and back. Cloth is darkened and age soiled, with rear board showing several darker spots, and backstrip chipped at top and bottom. Interior foxed and text pages browned. Twelve full page illustrations on whiter stock than text and very clean with virtually no foxing to images.
