Volume Three: 1916 (published in 1918), First Edition, 339 pages, plus 3 fold-out maps. Spine is faded, covers lightly scuffed, tear to front endpaper at hinge, front board coming loose, Good. Volume Four: 1917 (published in 1919), First Edition, 299 pages, plus two fold-out maps. Flexible blue cloth covers are clean, green ink stain to tail edge of text, text is clean and unmarked, Very Good. Volume Five: 1918 (published in 1919), First Edition, 349 pages, plus two fold-out maps. A few light scuffs and spots, second fold-out map is torn and in poor condition, Good.. Hard Cover.
