A history and survey of a variety of sports in the United States. This includes section on women's golf and records; men's golf and records; tennis and squash; New York tuxedo tennis; Boston tennis; polo; fox hunting and drag hunting; automobiles and driving; theory of play in modern lawn tennis; yachting and steam yachting, etc. GOOD+ condition. Uneven fading and minor to moderate scuffing to the covers. Leather worn along the hinges, with some scuffing to the spine.
