I have read this book twice and I'm going through it again. It isn't so much as I understand this book on a physical plane. It is more absorbed into my being. I astral travel more when I read this book. Reading this book just takes the reader to a better place. Helps get rid of the daily junk that life sticks on you.It also makes me realize we are not alone out here in this universe or the next. And it is true, there is so much more to all of this, than what we see, here, smell, etc.So if you decide to buy this book and wade through it, just know that as you wade you're like a sponge soaking it all in whether you realize it or not.
