DJ glossy beneath mylar, a green background to front and back with an illustration of skeleton head beneath purple and black lettering of title like a hat with a red tongue on front, white back with praise from Patricia Macmanus in Book Week, James Purdy, Granville Hicks and others. DJ has very light tiny scratch on top front, tiny light crease at spine top edge. Near Very Fine DJ, Very Fine book.
