Folio (37x29 cm). 19th century half-morocco, spine finely gilt; covers with marbled paper (a bit rubbed to the edges); decorated endpapers. Original wrappers preserved. Uncut. xii,352 pp. with numerous illustrations in text (line drawings) and 6 full page plates (2 colourplates). - Some lightbrown spots in places, 4 miniscule marginal repairs, lower margin last quire sl. damaged. In spite of these minor defects a nice copy printed on thick paper.
