[8], ix-xxiv, 108, 104 pp. including 55 full page engravings printed directly from Bewick's woodblocks (frontispiece, title, and 53 numbered plates, mostly single-page, some double-page). Contemporary [publisher's?] quarter terra-cotta cloth over beige boards, gilt spine lettering. A beautiful, spic-and-spam copy.
