Reed, Wellington, 1974. First Edition. Hardcover (Original Cloth). Very Good Condition/Very Good. 600 g; 223 pp., illustrated dustwrapper, index. In text drawings and black and white photographs. The dustwrapper title states " over 300 recipes " but the title page says "100 recipes"! (a typographic error ) ( a quick scan of the index suggests 260 ish recipes, but as some recipes will appear with cheese, and fish etc., probably 200 is closer to the truth.) The top edge of the text block has very faint traces of spotting. There is no other damage to describe. Measurements given in Imperial, metric and American. "This unusual recipe book deals only with dishes suitable for serving at 1st and last courses, either for home dinner parties or family meals." Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
