London: John Bell, 1777 New edition (first thus?). HB. Leather spine and corners over marbled paper-covered boards. Octavo. 62pp; 90pp, 63pp. With frontispiece engravings to the Beggar's Opera and Congreve's The Mourning Bride. Three plays published in one volume. Poor condition. The contents (pages) are fair to good, but the covers are very worn and rubbed, with the front board detached and the rear board held by one thread; the spine leather very dessicated. Contents all present but many pages browned or grubby, first engraving has an old stain from red wax over it, second one repaired tear; original owner's name in various places and date (Nicholas and Wm Greaves, 1782, Bakewell).
